This charming island will captivate you with its bright houses and lively atmosphere. For a truly magical experience, visit after 4 PM in summer, when tourists leave and locals come out. Explore the Casa di Bepi, enjoy caffè at Aqua Salsa, or have an aperitivo. Discover tradition at the Museo del Merletto, pick up handcrafted souvenirs from Ceramica Artisanal, and treat yourself to Il Gatto Nero, their pasta and tiramisu are next level (book ahead!). Don't forget to try the famous Buranelli at Panificio Pasticceria Costantini.

Lio Piccolo Venice
Lio Piccolo, a small village in the Venetian Lagoon, offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Venice. Accessible by a scenic 10-kilometer bike ride from Treporti, it’s a perfect spot for nature lovers and history enthusiasts. The village is known for its agriculture, producing artichokes and jujubes. You can visit the local museum, Frammenti di Laguna, to learn about the area’s Roman roots and the formation of the lagoon. Al Notturno Restaurant has the best risotto, even if it costs 22 eur x person, it's the most delicious food!
